Advanced Forms
You have the option of either having a form automatically go into your _private folder OR
coming to your email.
To direct form results to your _private folder:
First, make a page in your _private folder and name it accordingly Build your form Right click
anywhere inside the form and click Form Properties Check
the box that says "send to" and under File - Click Browse and find that page you
set up to send results to. Click OK and that's it
for that. You can if you want adjust the way the page shows your results by
adjusting that under the "Options" box.
To direct form results to your email:
First click on Form Properties - select
Options. Check the box - "Send to Other"
and click "Options" Under Action - type the url to our formmail that has
to be previously setup in each cgi-bin as: /cgi-sys/FormMail.cgi *Leave Method as: POST Click

Click Advanced on Form Properties
Click Add
Name is: recipient
Value is: your email (or email you want form results to go to) OK
Click Add
Name: print_config
Value: email, subject
OK
Click Add
Name: subject
Value: type in the subject you want to show up on the result email (I like to do it
all in caps here for easy distinguishing)
OK
Click Add
Name: return_link_title
Value: type in the title you want the hyperlink return to point to
OK
Click Add
Name: return_link_url
Value: type in the url that you want to return to after the form is sent
OK
**Either do all of the above OR do the below
one in place of the above two.
Click Add
Name: redirect
Value: type in the url to send the visitors to automatically rather than seeing
the generic form results page. This is nice to point to a page
that simply says "thank you for your submission" etc.
Then OK
OK
Save
This may sound or look like a lot - but it is very quick
and can all be done in minutes.
