In Your Site:
When you enter your site, you will see a bunch of folders and files.

Here is a list of a few of the folders you may see and their purpose:

• _private:  this folder cannot be seen through a browser without a password.  Therefore, it is the perfect spot for the results of any forms you may have.

• images:  this is your graphics folder and should contain all the graphics that were used to create your main page and template.

• secure:  this is your secure folder where your advertising order form and any order forms will be located.  If ones isn't there create a folder.  It's not needed, but a good organizational thing.

• cgi-bin:  this folder contains the information to make your scripts run correctly.  Please do not do anything with this folder.  Never open it with Front Page!

Here is a list of a few of the files you may see and their purpose:

• index.html or index.htm:  this is the main index of your page.  If your site is not open, you should create a message that says "This Page Coming Soon."  But when you open, this will be your main page.

• index1.html or index1.htm:  this is your working index.  And will be renamed index.html when you are ready to open.

• copyright.htm:  this is the copyright for the bottom of all your pages.  If you update this one file, all the copyright information on each page will be updated.

• nav.htm: this is the navigational bars on your site.  If you update this one file, all the navigational links on each page will be updated.

• cgi-bin: this is where all of your scripts are held.  Please leave these folders as is.
