Disk Space Warnings?
Attention all clients:
If you are receiving disk space usage warnings, it could be that you have backups that are still residing within your hosting account. Simply delete them and you'll be back to normal. We ran backups of each site storing them within their accounts while we moved everyone into new web servers. You can save these backup files (tar.gz format) on to your own computer or even better, save it to a disk.
You should ALWAYS have a backup copy of your site including your /home directory and also any sql files that you may be using. Do not simply create these and store them on your own sites. That would defeat the purpose of saving a backup copy. Save them to your own computer, external hard drives or burn to a disk and put it away. Create a new backup copy whenever you make major changes on your sites.
