Your site hacked? Part 3
We are still working on this. Some people cannot get to their control panels, we are aware of this. You can access your site through FTP. If you do not have an FTP program, they are free. Google "File Zilla" and download it if you need. It's a great thing to have so if you need file access, it's a good time to learn this program.
We'll update again soon, but have to keep working on loading the new servers. We cannot restore to what we have now because the scripts that are set to continue to run by the hackers would still be there and we'd be back to the same situation again.
