Your site hacked?

Update:

Yes, our servers (as well as many others across the net) this morning were
hacked.  The good thing is that this was an amateur hack where they did a
rewrite on all index pages in every directory.  To fix this, simply reload
your index pages from your backup files.  If you do not have a copy, you can
get a copy from www.archive.org and hope they have something current or you can do a quick google search for your domain and copy the "cache'd" version by right clicking and view source.  Paste that code into your html of your index page of your site removing the hackers junk.  If
you do not want the nasty hacker display that is up there now, simply delete
your index page or add a note like "we're working on our site".  Your inner
pages are still active and working.  This only affected all index pages.

We are running backups that we have to restore index pages, but one server
does not.  It is time consuming because rather than keep everything as it
was, we have decided not to risk the hacker potentially having access to
your individual passwords, so we're quickly setting up new servers and
migrating everyone over.  Each site's restore will run individually.  I'm
getting a lot of emails asking for an ETA.  I do not have one and do not
know of your spot in line of a restore.  It's on a tape and will run
consecutively until everyone is back.

You do have access to your cpanel and your email will continue to flow.  You
may intermittently not be able to get into your cpanel, just know that is
because we are doing a reboot at that time which takes 5 minutes total with
15 minutes to completely cycle back up.  This is required for us to do.

Keep in mind that if you cannot wait for us to complete the restores, you
can reload your index pages and your site is back to normal.  No one has a
full site down with everything lost.

I'll post updates here under announcements as
quickly as I can.  Know that I am working with my technical team non-stop
until this is taken care of.  This has never happened to us before and the
only reason it hasn't is pure luck.  Anyone and everyone online is
vulnerable every minute of the day --- unfortunately.

Thank you for your patience.
